We Want You to Experience Haiti With Us!
We are very untraditional when people think of STM trips. Our focus of all of our team trips is relationship building. We would love to tell you more! Here are a few details:
Cost to 7:10 Foundation: $600.00
This cost will cover 7 days and 6 nights in country (Haiti). It will include your room and board, translator, in country transportation, clean drinking water, a team t-shirt, a trip to a local museum and half day at the beach. A $100 deposit is required to be paid with your application and the remaining to be paid within 45 days of your trip . This fee also includes a study book “ Helping Without Hurting in Short Term Missions”
Requirements:
~To conduct yourself in a manner that represents Jesus Christs character. ~To submit yourself to the authority of your team leader and 7:10 staff. ~You will understand that participating in a STM trip with 7:10 is a privilege and not a right, you will take every opportunity to share God’s love.
Why do i want to go to haiti?
We want your trip to leave you feeling accomplished. Please communicate with us your special gifts and desires to minister. We want to accommodate as much as possible. Our ministry is to widows and orphans, but that may not be yours. Let us know…. we will help you reach your ministry goals and desires. Remember Matthew 28:19-20, where we are commanded to “Go”
"7:10 Foundation provided so much more than just a trip to Haiti. Everyone on our team was put to work providing real help in authentic ministry situations. We went to schools, a widowage, orphanages, a jail, and a mountain village, and in every place the Haitian Christians immersed us into safe yet essential service projects and spiritual projects to preach the gospel and provide aid. What I appreciated most about our trip was that we worked side-by-side with Haitian brothers and sisters in Christ, helping them shoulder the load of reaching people for Christ. Because of the Haitian side of the 7:10 Foundation, I knew that the projects and studies and services wouldn’t be forgotten or fold up as soon as we left the country. Our entire team came away from each trip feeling ministered to by the good believers already at work in LaDigue and the surrounding areas."
