Rodnald and Rithza Nicolas
Rodnald has been the Director of 7:10 Foundation since 2015. He is skilled in management, finances, and development. We are blessed to have him as our faithful leader. He oversees the daily services and so much more. Project leads, prayer warrior, finances, and driver to name a few. His wife Rithza is our assistant director and she is a rock for us. Rithza is our translator and keeps the communication from Haiti back to the States open at all times. She is in charge of all medical needs and also the sponsorship program. She loves the Lord with fervent passion, a great mother, and a needed asset!
Jean Phillippe Raymond
Jean Phillippe (affectionately known as JP) is our pastoral lead in Haiti. His knowledge of the bible and its application is an important asset to us. He will provide counseling to people in need, and is in charge of visiting all people that 7:10 Foundation crosses paths with. He will counsel, teach, and guide individuals and families in the way of the Lord.
Sanon Nicolas
Sanon is our full time driver. He is also the brother of Rodnald.

OUR FOUNDERS
Jeremiah and Tanja Dwire co-founded 7:10 Foundation in 2013. They have been married since 2008, and together have 6 children. Cameron is working with GB Directional and is also a proud member of the Army reserves. Emily 17, Madelyn is 16 Lydia is 10, Faith is 8 and Elaina 6. Tanja and Jeremiah have a directional drilling business that is their "tent making business" (Acts 18,20,27). They feel that they have been called by the Lord to minister and invest in the people in Haiti and also serve where they can working with their employees and youth in Minnesota.
